The Focus for each month:
August: Pre-Assault Indicators along with defensive and offensive techniques.
September: Body Locks and Stand up clinch work
October: Infight Tools Access
November: Blunt Trauma Tools (go to https://sapsandblackjacks.com/legality-of-saps-and-blackjacks/ before class to research current law in your area)
December: Point Based Tools access and use
January: Capstone
Class Duration 10am-2pm (ish on end time)
Class Cost: $100 due in cash at beginning of class
If you have your own training “tools” that you want to bring you are welcome to do so but they must be inspected to insure everyones safety. If you do not, those portions using “tools” there will be loaners available.

- Emphasis on controlled contact and moderate cardio output
- Drills can be performed at individual pace
